As founder of HPMA and IT Consulting Group, he has worked with clients from startups to billion-dollar enterprises, specializing in enterprise governance, portfolio management, and AI strategy.

His leadership extends globally, from co-founding the Kennedy Center for Cybersecurity with former Lt. Governor Kathleen Kennedy Townsend to contributing to the Biden administration’s Partnership for Digital Access for Africa.
