Bill is a global healthcare executive with more than 30 years of experience leading technology and operational strategy across major health systems in the United States. He has held senior leadership roles including Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital / Stanford Medicine Children’s Health, as well as CIO positions at UnityPoint Health, Exempla Healthcare, Shannon Health System, and Grady Health System.

Earlier in his career, Bill also led the Healthcare Strategy and Advisory consulting practice at IBM, where he supported clients across the western United States. A Life Fellow of HIMSS and a Certified Healthcare CIO through CHIME, he is recognized for his expertise in driving digital transformation and advancing healthcare leadership on both state and national levels.
